RETAIL ORDERS (PURCHASED ON WEBSITE):
Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted within 20 days of the date of delivery. Unless the item shipped was damaged upon receipt OR you purchase the Premiun Checkout plan which includes return shipping, you will be responsible for shipping/handling on any returns or exchanges. Please note, we do not make any money on this - we simply pass the costs for the postage through to you.
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be returned in the same NEW condition you received them in: unworn, unwashed, hang-tags attached, free of any pet hair, free of any abnormal odors.
All items returned in sellable condition within 20 days of date of delivery will be refunded the purchase price less any shipping/handling charges to the original payment method used at time of purchase. Should there be any issues regarding a return, a member of our team will contact you directly.
