I've purchased several pairs of both the Swerve and Flow shorts. I now use Yoga Crow products exclusively and highly recommend them. The Flow shorts are my goto shorts for hot yoga and the Swerve for all other forms of yoga. Having tried many products I just love the fit, durability, and comfort of both these products. The Flow shorts handle heavy sweat really well without discomfort.
