Yoga Crow Shipping Policy

1. Fulfillment & Handling Time

  • Houston Warehouse: All orders are fulfilled from our facility in Houston, Texas.

  • Fast Processing: We do our best to get your order shipped out as quickly as possible. Most orders placed Monday through Thursday are processed and fulfilled within 24 hours.

  • Weekend Cutoff: Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday morning.

2. Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Standard Shipping: $7.00 Flat Rate (Free on orders over $100).

  • Transit Estimates: Standard Shipping delivery typically takes 5–8 business days once the package is in the carrier's possession. Expedited shipping options selected at checkout have their own respective shipping timelines.

  • No Guarantees: Please note that all delivery dates—including Standard, Economy, USPS Priority, UPS (Ground, 2nd Day, etc.), and FedEx—are carrier estimates only. While these estimates are usually accurate, they are not guaranteed delivery dates. No carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc) offers a money-back guarantee for delayed shipments on most standard and priority service levels.

  • Customer Diligence: It is the customer's responsibility to research the delivery speeds and specific carrier guarantees for the method they select at checkout.

3. International Shipping

  • Transit Times: International shipping times vary significantly based on the destination and the shipping service selected at checkout. Estimates will be provided by the carrier during the checkout process.

  • Duties & Taxes: At checkout, different shipping options may state whether duties and taxes are included (DDP) or excluded (DDU/DAP). It is the customer's responsibility to review the details of the shipping method they select to see if these fees are covered. Yoga Crow has no control over local customs authorities or any taxes/fees they charge.  Any fees collected by your country’s customs office,  is the customer's responsibility to settle that balance.

  • Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country.

4. Carrier Responsibility & Issues

  • Hand-off Policy: Once an order is handed over to a carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.), Yoga Crow no longer has control over the physical package or its transit speed. Our promise is to get the package to the carrier as quickly as possible.

  • Who to Contact: If you experience a delivery issue (e.g., tracking hasn't updated, package marked delivered but not received), please contact the carrier directly as they have the most up-to-date information on your shipment.

  • Our Support: If the carrier cannot resolve the issue after 3 business days of a missed estimate, please reach out to us at support@yogacrow.com and we will assist in investigating the claim.
